What to do next?
1. Send us a message to let us know you are interested. We will ask to set up a time to discuss your interest over the phone.
2. We will send you a new patient questionnaire to gather information about you and why you would like to be seen.
3. After the questionnaire is filled out, we will send you the orders for labs.
4. Once labs have been resulted, we will call you to set up the consultation to go over your lab results and recommendations.
5. You decide the best plan for you, then medication and supplies will be shipped to your home.
